This program is limited to six participants and is designed to lower the mental and physical hurdles of beginning a yoga practice. Now that yoga is a mainstream activity, it can be easy to become intimidated by the postures and contortions of popular, aka, social media driven yoga. In this program, we take the performance out, seal a safe space within a small group of like-energy people, and dive into the foundational elements of yoga, including:
Over 90 days, students will practice together twice per week and progress through a curriculum that gently guides them into yoga. Moving from the history of yoga to the foundations of breath and eventually into a full vinyasa yoga practice, this program is for those who have an interest in self-development outside of mainstream quick-fixes.
The only guarantee is the opportunity for students to connect deeper with themselves and the group through a practice of self-discovery. What each student gains from their experience outside of the presented information is completely up to them. In our yoga sanctuary, the only requirements to participate are to be respectful, authentic, and honest. There is no prior experience, age, or mobility level required to join.

Join me every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Forged Fitness for non-heated all levels vinyasa yoga classes. Expect some strength work, a good stretch, and plenty of mindful moments along the way.
Practice with me every Monday at The Studio. Classes are heated to 90-95 degrees. Pre-registration is required for all classes through The Studio’s website or your MindBody app, so make sure to book before you show up. Bring your mat, towel, and water. Mat rental available for $3.
